Senior Executive - Draughtsman / REVIT Modeler / BIM Modeler

Role & responsibilities

• Develop 2D and 3D models using Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
• Produce detailed drawings, plans, sections, and elevations based on design requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and plans for various stages of the project lifecycle.
• Manage and maintain BIM models, ensuring consistency and up-to-date information across all project phases.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any design discrepancies or technical challenges during project development.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues within the BIM model to prevent potential conflicts in the construction phase.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports on BIM model development.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Draughtsman with proficiency in Revit and BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, processes, and standards.
• Familiarity with design and drafting techniques in interiors, architecture, engineering, and construction.
• Proficient in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• A degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
