As a Specialist - .Net Full Stack, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex technical systems of varying sizes to new and existing customers and will be part of discovering new technologies within the FinTech industry.

We are now looking for a Specialist - .Net Full Stack Engineer to strengthen the Corporate Access Platform s AI COE team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for driving the execution of initiatives across the Capital Access Platform s AI COE program to help various business operations and process simplification and introduce automation via Artificial Intelligence and drive efficiency and productivity.

With this position we offer
Join the development organization for Capital Access Platform s AI COE team. The main objective for the development team in Bangalore is to build state of the art AI powered solutions to simplify operations process across CAP products and drive productivity. As our new member, you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members. Together with your team, you will be accountable for delivering enhancements and supporting the architecture of the enterprise product as it transitions to new software paradigms.

Your role and responsibilities:

We are seeking specialist AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI to lead complex artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive innovation in AI solutions while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with multi-functional teams.

• Craft and develop scalable web applications using .NET Core/Framework
• Build and maintain microservices architecture using .NET technologies
• Create responsive and interactive user interfaces using React
• Implement RESTful APIs and web services
• Develop and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Ensure application security and performance optimization
• Handle database design and management (SQL Server/MySQL)

Furthermore, you will:

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams on system design and implementation
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Support deployment and maintenance of applications in AWS cloud
• Solve and debug applications across the stack
• Supervise application performance and implement improvements
• Contribute to technical documentation
• Mentor junior developers when needed
• Participate in Agile development processes

We expect you to have

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 7+ years experience with .NET Core/Framework and C#
• Proficiency in ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with microservices architecture and implementation
• Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, etc.)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Proficiency in SQL and database management
• Knowledge of web security principles
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.

It would be great if you

• Have experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Are familiar with other front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue.js)
• Are familiar with Agile methodologies
• Have experience with monitoring tools and logging frameworks
