Must be from FMCG/ PHARMA or Food processing / Brewery / Dairy industry background.

Experience in enhancement and support of the D365 F&O module.

- Extensive experience in ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Experience as a "Functional Expert" in D365 F&O module in India for at least 4-5 years.

- Handled end to end implementation of D365 F&O module.

- Handled enhancement and support projects of D365 F&O module.

- Handled projects in a process Industry preferably a Food Processing Industry / FMCG / Pharma.

- Providing expertise in D365 Finance functions

- Evaluating business processes against Microsoft Dynamics functionality

- Understanding and configuring country-specific taxes

- Documenting business requirements

- Designing and configuring data migration strategies

- User Training: They teach staff how to use the system well.

- Ongoing Support: They help after the project is done to solve any issues.

- Knowledge of ISVs in D365.

- Should have done relevant trainings in D365.
