Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with labor laws (CLRA, Factories Act) and handle audits.
2. Manage payroll, SAP entries, and HR operations (attendance, leave, F&F settlements).
3. Address employee grievances and manage union-related discussions and LTS.
4. Plan and execute training and employee engagement programs.
5. Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and admin functions (office, housekeeping).
