Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Supervise the installation of power lines, including stringing and erection.
• Ensure proper foundation for transmission lines is laid to ensure stability and safety.
• Coordinate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• 5-13 years of experience in the power industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electricity transmission systems, including line design and construction methods.
• Ability to work at heights and in challenging outdoor environments.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate teams.
