5-10 years of experience in the mining industry
- Manage electrical breakdown, preventive predictive maintenance for 10MMT and 5MMT washeries.
- Oversee and lead Capex projects related to electrical systems.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability as per maintenance requirements.
- Develop and oversee the electrical maintenance budget.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical maintenance professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize electrical systems and processes.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements in electrical maintenance practices.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to electrical maintenance.
