Job Description
- Responsible for improving the first pass yield/ final module yield by taking adequate measures.
- Troubleshooting of process related problems.
- Sun simulator Uniformity measurement and troubleshooting.
- Projects for Defect reduction and process improvements activities of process samples.
- Responsible for SPC and process capability analysis.
- Responsible for preparation & submission of daily process testing reports for customers.
- Conducting Engineering trials towards improvement of Module performance related to yield, CTM loss , Measurement variations
- Improving Process CTQ s through process optimisation in stringers (TT) ,Laminators and sun simulator etc
- Preparation of Process MIS/data related to first pass yield , Measurement variations
- Maintaining Safety & 5S in the Process Lab.
- Preparation of raw material specifications.
- Evaluation for new/ Alternate BOM development.
- Document Management System as per QMS requirement
- Coordinating and conducting Process Trials & report preparation.
- Conducting daily process trials and data preparation/Analysis.
- Development projects, ECR / ECN process of alternate vendor development
- Zero Injury and waste reduction.
- Supporting PSI team for Modules testing and circulating reports.
- Responsible for timely closer of Non-conformances and supporting quality team during external audits.
- Root Cause Analysis of key performance issues related to product, process and identifying /implementing corrective actions.
- Managing & responsible for Departmental Documentation as per the IMS requirement.
