Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Associate Lead for NOC Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the Data Centers industry. • Lead and manage the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to SLAs
• Oversee network monitoring and incident management to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance
• Develop and implement best practices for network operations and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance network operations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of network infrastructure and processes
• Prepare and present reports on network performance and incidents to management

• Familiarity with cloud networking and virtualization technologies
• Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices

Education Qualification
