Senior Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of PSS (Pooling Sub Station) of Renewable Power Plant, .
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar panels and other renewable energy systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to operation maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement effective O&M plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Requirements :

• 15-25 years of experience in power industry with O&M of substation and power evacuation systems
• Strong knowledge of solar and wind power plant, testing, and commissioning procedures.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale renewable energy plant from concept to completion.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
