Junior Dot Net Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET frameworks (.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Integrate data storage solutions such as SQL Server, Entity Framework, or other database technologies.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Document technical specifications and procedures.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React (optional).
• Write code that follows SOLID principles, platform-specific conventions, and common design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and debugging skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
