We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer with 2-3years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Data Engineer, you will beresponsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelinesand infrastructure to support our organization's data needs. The idealcandidate should have a strong background in data engineering, databasemanagement, and a solid understanding of data architecture principles.
Responsibilities:
o Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficientdata pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understanddata requirements and ensure the pipelines meet business needs.
o Manage and optimize databases to ensure highperformance and reliability.
o Implement data models and schemas that align withbusiness requirements.
o Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)processes for data integration and migration.
o Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure dataaccuracy and completeness.
o Contribute to the design and maintenance of datawarehouses for efficient storage and retrieval of structured and unstructureddata.
o Implement and optimize data storage solutions based onbusiness needs.
o Implement data quality checks and ensure adherence todata governance standards.
o Work towards maintaining and improving data accuracy,completeness, and consistency.
o Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and otherstakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meettheir needs.
o Provide technical support and guidance to teammembers.
o Document data engineering processes, pipelines, andworkflows.
o Create and maintain technical documentation for futurereference.
o Utilize and stay updated on industry best practicesand emerging technologies in the field of data engineering.
o Work with technologies such as SQL, Python, ApacheSpark, Hadoop, and other relevant tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor'sdegree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
2-3years of experience in data engineering roles.
Strongproficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java)
Experiencewith data warehousing and ETL processes
Familiaritywith big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
