The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading the sales team in promoting and selling software development and data science services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technology services sales, specifically within the data sciences domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy : Support development and implementation of the sales strategy in alignment with the ADAs objectives, focusing on ADAs services & solutions.
Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients, including enterprises, and other potential stakeholders.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage the sales & lead generation teams to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Domain Knowledge : Possess in-depth knowledge of the data science services and solutions offered by ADA, staying updated on industry trends and competitors.
Client Relationship Management : Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends within the data sciences services and solutions industry.
Sales Collateral : Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and case studies, to support the sales process.
Sales Reporting : Generate regular sales reports, track progress against targets, and provide insights for improvements.
Qualifications:
Experience : 4-6 years of relevant sales experience in selling data science services & solutions across industry verticals including, but not limited to, Retail & eCommerce, Manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI, etc. Experience within a similar data sciences company is a definite plus.
Educational Background : A master's degree or relevant certifications in sales and marketing.
Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of data science services and solutions across industries of interest, including their applications and benefits.
Sales Leadership : Proven track record of leading and managing a sales team, achieving and exceeding sales targets across North America and Europe.
Client Relationships : Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, including experience in enterprise-level client engagement.
Analytical Skills : Proficiency in market analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in a clear and persuasive manner.
Team Player : Collaborative, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing market conditions.
