Handling the HR Management System.
Arranging the process of Project Management Software.
Handling the process of Project Management Software.
Handling employee grievances.
Any other HR related work assigned by the mentor.
Qualifications & Skills Required
A Bachelors/Masters Degree with at least 60 % marks (students who are currently pursuing their Degree can also apply).
Students Currently Pursuing their degree : Will only be eligible for Internship for the given time duration.
Students in the final semester or who have completed their degree : Will be eligible for a Full-Time Offer only after successful completion of the internship.
Strong command over English.
Excellent coordination skills to effectively communicate between the relevant stakeholders like employees and the management team.
Sound Knowledge of HR practices would be an added advantage.
An organized and focused individual who can solve potential problems proactively.
Applicants pursuing their course in HR will be eligible.
