Sap Architect

Vizor, an Acuraglobe company is hiring SAP Architect for a leading retail client based at Thane. It's a Work from Office position from Monday-Friday.

ROLE : SAP Architect (AVP Level)

EXPERIENCE : Minimum 14 years of experience in IT Operations space. With min 2 years of experience as API or Integration Architect role

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : Bachelor in Computer Science or engineering

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in technology architecture, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful tech-driven solutions
• Experience in SAP technical sizing & design, BASIS, installation, upgrade, S/4HANA migration, and day-to-day administration across multiple OS and database variants (including SAP HANA). Experience in SAP Technical Design for hyperscaler hosting, SAP BTP, AI, ML will also be beneficial
• Experience with any of the following technologies: JavaScript, PHP, Python, Snowflake, Azure /GCP will be an advantage.
• Proven experience working in Integration or SOA architecture solutions. Good experience in design and development of multiple services based on different standards for SOAP / REST /OData, BTP, web services, data integration techniques, messaging, transformations, networking, system software, ESB architecture
• Solid grasp of the latest advancements in technology architecture and integration, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
• Must have excellent expertise in ABAP development with very good understanding of SAP modules such as FI, MM, WM, SD
• Must be an expert in analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies.
• Must have good experience with SAP security concepts and must have implemented authorization checks in ABAP objects.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to translate ideas into practical implementation
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships including team members, vendors and partners
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and resolution of issues

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Will be responsible for reviewing and integrating all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. Reviewing and integrating technical architecture requirements, providing input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security, and ensuring seamless integration of SAP and non-SAP systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of all application requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology architecture and integration, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
• Manage Technical architecture analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services under SAP ecosystems
• Design new solution extensions based on business requirements
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, information security, application & infrastructure teams to produce an optimal, high level, conceptual, and cost-effective design.
• Provide architecture and design guidance to the enhancement / development team
• Ensure that the enhancement / development team develops, configures and implements the solution as per the product development standards to meet business requirements
• Ensure standards are adhered to in accordance with SAPs Solution Extensions
• Ensure technical integrity of projects, making sure that common technical elements are leveraged, and that work is not duplicated
• Work with and advise the QA team on the design of test plans, test cases and on automation
• Participate in the product roadmap and product strategy definition.
