Grow Your Staff is looking for a Mern Stack Developer for a technology company in the United States. This is a remote role.

These simulations foster decision training for optimal outcomes, empowering individuals, organizations, and communities to respond effectively to risks and real-life situations. Experience required- 5-8 years

CTC- 10- 18 LPA

Location- Remote

Time- 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST

Type of Employment- Full-time

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js to meet project requirements for cutting-edge, AI-driven applications
• Collaborate seamlessly with front-end developers to integrate backend APIs
• Optimize API performance for scalability, efficiency, and seamless operation
• Implement robust security best practices to protect APIs and services
• Deploy and maintain APIs on AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing technical support for API services
• Demonstrate a strong passion for working with generative AI technologies and integrating innovative solutions into projects
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop smart, AI-powered applications that align with the companys AI-first mission
• Stay current with advancements in generative AI, incorporating new features where applicable to continuously enhance product offerings
• Engage with clients directly to gather business requirements, ensuring technical solutions align with their needs
• Lead client interactions and discussions, presenting technical concepts clearly and professionally
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams

• Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
