PAN Card Application - NRI

Data Preparation for return filling GSTR1 and GSTR3B

Data Preparation for Annual return filling GSTR9

Reconciliation of 2A and 2B Statement

GST Refund Application

Eway Bill Generation

Providing Data towards any statutory notice received, if any

Providing required details for ROC Annual Return filing

ROC Filing of DPT3, DIR3, FLA etc.

Providing required details for ITR filing for Foreigners

Preparing Resolution

Other ROC Related Work

Bank Account Opening - Salary & ERA, Current A/c

Bank Reconcialition

FD Creation and Closure

Bank Co-ordination for company and employees

Bank Payments, Utility bills, Statutory payment, employees reimbursement

Monthly TDS Data Preparation and Payment

Quarterly TDS Return filing for salary and non-salary

TDS on Property Payment and issue of Form 16B

Quarterly Issue of Form 16A

Purchase, Sales, Petty cash and Bank Entries in Tally Software

Maintaining Books of Accounts in Tally

Vendor and Debtors Reconciliation, Ledger Scrutiny

Fund requirement sheet

Updating Fixed Assets Register and calculation of depreciation

Advance Tax Calculation and Payment on Quarterly Basis

Petty Cash Handling

Invoice Preparation & E-Invoicing Process

Monthly cashflow and PL preparation, MIS Reporting

Providing detailed information for Income Tax Scrutiny, if any

Providing required information for Internal and Statutory Audit

Knowledge of Accounting upto finalization, Audit, Balance sheet and PL Preparation

Graduation: CA, Bcom , CS

Gender: Female

Experience: 5 to 10 Years
