Assistant Manager - Electroplating (POP)

Role & responsibilities

1) Should have knowledge in plastic Material ABS & PCABS                                                        

2) Able to resolve quality issue and customer complaints on timely basis

3) Should have knowledge in Electroplating process ,Electroplating defects of plastics

4) Able to handling the customer audits and update relevant documents

5) Responsible for shit planning of engineers and operators

6) Should maintain the shop floor discipline and safe work environment

7) Able to identify the root cause and failure analysis of the product

8) Able to monitor the production plan vs actual and take relevant countermeasures

9) Should able to achieve daily target as per plan

10) Responsible for production of plating department and conduct daily meeting for quality requirement of the customer
