Assistant Manager - Quality

Role & responsibilities

1) Handle customer complaints related to quality and taking necessary actions to prevent the recurrence and submitting corrective action as per customer requirement

2) Responsible for conducting process audit and product audit

3) Daily, Weekly and monthly review the non conformance and take necessary actions to prevent recurrence

4) Preparation and updation of Quality Manual

5) Ensure compliance and adherence to QMS and internal audit system to meet IATF Standards

6) Work closely with all functional departments to meet customer requirements while implementing business strategies

7) Have to verify defect information system and CAPA trend to make rejection reduction

8) Responsible for counter measure preparation and presentation at customer end.
