Profile description:

• Preparation and finalisation of financial statements of legal entities on quarterly, half yearly and annual basis as per applicable standards and regulatory requirement.
• Preparation of accurate & complete details related to notes to accounts of financial statements as per regulatory requirement.
• Timely & correct replies to audit queries along with gathering and documenting sufficient evidence to support audit replies.
• Preparation of management information file with details of balance sheet, cash flow, working capital and other sub-details.
• Conduct Trial balance reviews across locations & legal entities and ensure proper month book close along with understanding reasons for key variances in TB balances.
• Preparation of tax audit schedules, forms and other details related to tax audit completion as per regulatory requirement.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel is a must
• Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills
• Well-organized and result driven with good accounting skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ensure books of accounts are closed by following month end process
• Book all PO invoices and NON PO invoices post internal validations as per SOP
• Maintain MIS for Pune location and ensure results are published
• Prepare balance sheet and P&L schedules
• Statutory compliance like GST, TDS, Labor law compliances to be ensured
• Ensure statutory and internal audits are closed as per agreed timelines by providing requisite information
• Evaluate Capex proposals of the business
• Ensure revenue accounting is accurately
• Ensure GRIR closure on monthly basis
