TA Consultant (11 months contractual role)

Role & responsibilities

* Good communication and interpersonal strategies.

* Manage end to end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.

* Conduct interviews, assess candidates fitment and prepare reports for client review.

* Ensure timely communications with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Create and implement targeted recruitment plans to meet organizational goals.

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

*Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing updates and insights on recruitment progress.

* Create pipeline of the candidates according to the job vacancy.
