Job Description:

As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical roles across multiple departments. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and successfully placing candidates in positions that align with their skills and career goals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and find the best talent to support organizational growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on non-IT roles (e.g., finance, marketing, HR, etc.).
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the non-IT job market.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to close offers effectively.
