Job Description: Manager - Corporate Affairs for Tami Nadu
Grade: Manager

Position Summary:
The Manager - Corporate Affairs will oversee government relations, ROW(Right to way - permission tp lay fiber) permissions and Liasson for the organisation in entire TN. This role is crucial in ensuring that the company maintains a strong reputation, and effectively collaborates with government agencies, industry bodies, and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Obtain all ROW relations from various authorities
2. Lead a team of Corporate affairs form entire TN
3. Be actively engaged with the strategy of expansion, community plan and business development
4. Be the face of the organisation with all Government authorities, Police, LCO's, etc
5. Resolve all field issues within stipulated time
6. Work on GTM for any new city expansion
7. Work on Inorganic growth like Acquisition of LCO's, small ISP's, etc
8. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Sustainability
9. Lead CSR initiatives related to digital inclusion, internet accessibility, and community engagement.
10. Work on projects that promote connectivity in underserved areas and align with government broadband expansion programs.
11. Be updated on all state telecom related policies, market trends, and LCO's
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Post Graduation
- 6+ years of experience in corporate affairs, liaison, government relations, or public policy within the preferably in telecommunications or ISP sector.
- Should be a team person and be able to motivate and lead the team effectively
- Should have strong cross function relationship
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and engage with policymakers effectively.
