- Data Entry and Maintenance: Input and maintain product data using industry-standard tools and systems, focusing on enhancing the online presence and sales performance.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on product information, aligning with e-commerce best practices to ensure a high-quality online shopping experience.
- Continuous Learning in E-commerce Trends : Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in catalog management processes.
- Multimedia Content Management for E-commerce Appeal : Edit and optimize product images and multimedia content to enhance visual appeal and meet the specific standards of e-commerce platforms.
- Reporting and Analysis : Generate reports and provide insights related to catalog performance and customer engagement specifically in the context of e-commerce.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, sharing insights and best practices relevant to catalog management for e-commerce success.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on e-commerce business needs.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
- Familiarity with image editing software is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated on e-commerce industry trends.
- Familiarity with Meta Titles and Descriptions adding value to SEO keywords on multi-platforms
