U.S.A Medical Billing AR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager with expertise in Third Party (TP) processes, AR analysis, and AR calling. The ideal candidate will oversee and streamline the AR operations, ensuring timely collection, accurate reporting, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
• Monitor and manage AR aging reports to ensure timely collections and reduce outstanding balances.
• Manage TP accounts, ensuring accurate billing and reconciliation.
• Act as a liaison between the company and third-party vendors/customers to resolve discrepancies and disputes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of TP transactions and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Analyse AR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on AR performance metrics to senior management.
• Implement strategies to optimize cash flow.
• Lead and mentor the AR calling team to ensure consistent follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Address escalations and negotiate payment terms with clients when necessary.
• Ensure effective communication with customers to maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance AR processes and systems.
• Supervise, train, and mentor AR analysts and AR callers to meet performance goals.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
