Job Description: The Patient Caller will be responsible for contacting patients to schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and provide information regarding their care. You will be the first point of contact for many of our patients, making a positive and lasting impression.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.

Answer patient inquiries regarding their appointments and other related questions.

Update patient records and ensure accurate information is maintained.

Communicate appointment changes and cancellations effectively.

Provide excellent customer service with a patient-first mindset.

Work closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure smooth scheduling.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Empathetic and patient-focused approach to customer service.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
