Executive-Credit Control

Role & responsibilities

• Payments follow-up with customers through emails/letters
• Communication with customers for renewal of contracts
• Drafting of reply to letters/ notices sent by customer
• Internal correspondences with Regional Engineers to expedite the payments
• Observe the online station data and highlight the disconnection if any
• Communicate the loss of data to respective incharge
• Support in communication with customers during Project installations

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate must have Command over English language, excellent drafting skills, Ability to work and prepare reports on spreadsheets
