Sr. Technician - Mechanical Fitter

Role & responsibilities

Hands on experience in operating and maintenance of gear pumps, centrifugal pumps, Compressor, DG set

2. Operation and maintenance-Air compressors, Thermic fluid heater/boiler, Fire hydrant system, HVAC, STP,

Operation & maintenance of Material handling equipment-Cage hoist, BOPT, HOPT, Conveying system etc.

3. Having experience in maintenance of filling machines would be added advantage.

4. Awareness & Implementation of EHS system and Procedures like permit system, PPE etc.

5. Having experience in filling system would be added advantage.

6. Should have experience in Mechanical & Awareness about electrical maintenance of utilities like compressors, Thermic fluid heater/boiler, pump house, HVAC, STP, Material handling equipment.

7. Supervising the functions of troubleshooting & Preventive maintenance for identifying areas of obstruction and reducing machinery downtime to minimum.

8. Knowledge of Fabrication and Erection of Piping and equipments.

9. Hands on experience in trouble shooting, problem solving.

10. Ability to perform tasks in a team as well as independently.

11. ISO system (9001, 14001 & 45001) awareness.

12. TPM- Knowledge will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

ITI Fitter + Knowledge of Mechanical will be preferred
