Taxation Executive - Contractual

Role & responsibilities

Taxation-

• E-invoicing and E-way bill compliances, reconciliation, follow-up with team.
• Monthly GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation and ITC mismatch working, follow-up with AP team, vendors to resolve the issues.
• Assistance in optimizing ITC for the procurements such as hotel and airlines. Verification of same from the invoices made available.
• Preparation of GSTR-1 and to reconcile outward supply with e-invoice and e-way bill reports downloaded from GSTN.
• Preparation of monthly GSTR-3B and finalization of tax payment to be made on timely basis.
• Keen knowledge of ISD under GST and assist in filing monthly GSTR-6
• Prepare delivery challan wise stock utilization to file ITC-04.
• Assistance during filing of annual return.
• Preparation of data for various notices and assessment / audit held by tax authorities and visit to submit and explain.
• Assist in GST Refund process.

Technical-

• Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office.
• Good command on MS- excel.
