DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline (5-8 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a proven track record in CI/CD, OpenShift, and containerization.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and management of our DevOps pipelines and infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on experience in automating and optimizing the software delivery process to ensure faster and more reliable deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

- Work with OpenShift to manage and orchestrate containerized applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.

- Continuously improve DevOps processes, tools, and techniques to increase deployment efficiency and system reliability.

- Implement security best practices in CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.

- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resources.

Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : 5-8 years of relevant experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.

- Strong knowledge of OpenShift platform and Kubernetes.

- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker.

- Expertise in scripting languages (e., Bash, Python, Groovy).

- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.

- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.

- Cloud Platforms : Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
