Sr. Executive- ADL (OSD)

• Independently perform and design the experiments and document the observations within the timelines meeting the quality requirements for assigned projects
• The candidate will be responsible for Analytical Method development and validation for oral dosage forms as a team leader
• Independently provide analytical plan as per available pending samples to juniors and train them in case of query
• Operate and maintain the different analytical equipments like HPLC, Dissolution tester, weighing balance, pH meter, pipettes, DT apparatus, UV spectrophotometer, Friability apparatus.
• Preparation and validation of SOPs for instruments and analytical processes
• Complete reporting of analytical results and prepare protocol and reports
• Use knowledge and expertise to interpret and document the experimental data
• Follow GLP and maintain necessary documentation and train juniors also
• Test all FnD samples as per stability schedule and share ADL reports to FnD team and management
• Literature search to develop robust and accurate in-house and pharmacopoeial analytical methods.

Skills Requirement:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in ADL of oral dosage forms
• Practical knowledge of pharmaceutical development processes and dose forms
• Well versed with ICH, OECD GLP and all regulatory guidelines for analytical method development and their validation for ORAL DOSAGE FORMS
• Hands-on experience of equipments like HPLC, Dissolution tester, weighing balance, pH meter, pipettes, DT apparatus, UV spectrophotometer, Friability apparatus.
• Independent planning and experiment design experience mandatory
