JOB DESCRIPTION

Positions: Manager Accounts

Qualification:

• CA Qualified with proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in manufacturing organisation/leading consulting firm
• Strong understanding of Ind AS, financial controls, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Experience2-3 years of experience in Manufacturing base organization / leading consulting firm

Team Size: Individual Contributor Role

Reporting to: Senior Manager- Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement and optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in ERP reporting and other manual reporting formats.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare financial statements as per Ind AS on periodic intervals as well as annual financial statements.
Assist in forecasting cash flow needs and managing working capital.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements & ICFR.
Collaboration:
Collaboration with team to ensure month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
