Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architect located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for some remote work. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of architectural projects. The Architect will also collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools such as Rhino, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and proficiency in other Indian languages is a plus
• Experience with sustainability and green building practices is a plus
