Full Stack Lead

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading development teams, architecting solutions, and delivering scalable web-based SaaS products. As a Full Stack Lead, you will guide a talented team of developers, ensure adherence to best practices, and contribute to both front-end and back-end development efforts.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions.Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant web applications using modern technologies.Architect and implement both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (API, services) components.Oversee code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices for software development.Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and task breakdowns.Continuously improve software development processes, tools, and methodologies.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in technology and suggest improvements where appropriate.

Required SkillsBack-End Technologies:

Strong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and RESTful API development.Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable architectures using microservices.

Front-End Technologies:

Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Expertise in modern front-end frameworks/libraries, particularly ReactJS.Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Database:

Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB Server.

DevOps & Cloud:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) and monitoring tools.

SaaS Product Development:

Proven experience in building and scaling web-based SaaS products.Strong understanding of multi-tenant architectures, security, and performance optimization.Leadership & Communication:

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Angular or Vue.js in addition to ReactJS.Knowledge of GraphQL APIs.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.Understanding of serverless architectures.

Educational QualificationsBachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
