Azure DevOps Engineer - Cloud Services (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain GitOps pipelines for seamless continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) in an automated environment.

- Monitor, manage, and optimize Azure services for high availability, cost efficiency, and performance.

- Implement best practices for resource management, scaling, and security within the Azure cloud ecosystem.

- Lead efforts to containerize applications using Docker, ensuring that the development environment is standardized and easy to deploy.

- Utilize Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications, enabling effective scaling, high availability, and simplified management of microservices.

- Manage, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated, high-quality code delivery.

- Manage Git and GitHub repositories for version control, ensuring proper branching strategies and version management.

- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between teams.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, guiding them in the implementation of DevOps best practices.

- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating processes related to cloud services, DevOps workflows, and application :

- Expert-level proficiency in Azure services (e. g., Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure DevOps, etc. ).

- Advanced experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and orchestration.

- Solid knowledge of Git and GitHub, including managing repositories and version control.

- Good knowledge of Powershell scripting for automating tasks and managing cloud services.

- Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining GitOps pipelines for CI/CD.

- Strong team coordination and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud and DevOps-related issues.

- Strong understanding of DevOps best practices.
