Position Title: Business Lead
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Lead to drive new initiatives, foster client relationships, and strengthen our market presence. This role requires experience in selling to products to middle & senior management professional. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, driven, and results-oriented, with a proven ability to develop business strategies and execute operational plans seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise and guidance.
2. Business Development :
- Spearhead new business initiatives to identify growth opportunities and untapped markets.
- Generate fresh ideas and innovative strategies to expand the company's market presence.
- Build and strengthen the company's position in key regions by identifying and nurturing new leads.
3. Operational Oversight :
- Oversee end-to-end business operations to ensure smooth execution of strategies and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage the performance of key initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
4. Market Research and Strategy Implementation :
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to develop actionable strategies for market penetration and client retention.
- Continuously refine and optimize business plans based on feedback and market conditions.
5. Team Collaboration and Leadership :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational growth and success.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Experience: 2-3 years in business development, client relationship management, Selling Products to Middle and Senior Management professionals.
- Prior experience in industries such as financial services, Investment Advisor, Wealth Manager, Insurance Sales Specialist, Club Membership or high-value sales is preferred.
- Education: MBA preferred, though not mandatory for candidates with the right attitude and skills.
