- Our client is a Global Leader - this is for their Capability centre / GCC in India.

- The role reports to the Country Head in India and a Director Finance in HQ.

- Reporting to the Director of Finance and working closely with the India Managing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Finance.

- This role will play a pivotal role in supporting financial activities, providing insights for business partnering, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement strategic financial planning processes aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Provide financial guidance to senior brand & business stakeholders to support strategic decision making.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting activities across the brand & central finance teams.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business initiatives and identify opportunities for growth & improvement.

- Management Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analyses for senior management and stakeholders. Communicate financial insights in a clear and concise manner, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities. Work with brand finance teams to standardize & improve local performance reporting.

- Cross-functional / business unit collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, & across business units, to provide financial support and analysis for strategic initiatives, investments, and projects. Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, offering financial expertise and insights.

- Reporting & Insights: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data for strategic decision-making.

- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Provide guidance on transformational change, ensuring teams adapt to evolving financial requirements.

Person Profile:

- We are looking for a MBA in Finance from a premier institute or CA/CPA with exceptional Communication skills & proven skills in working in a multinational/ multicultural environment.

- Hands on person who would build the function from scratch.

- Excellent financial analytical and review skills.

- A proactive individual who has a desire to contribute to all areas of financial performance and planning.

- Display a high integrity, resilience, and results-oriented mindset, demonstrating tenacity to achieve outcomes.

- Objective, analytical, and impartial, with the ability to deliver within tight timelines.

- Minimum 12 years experience ( post qualification).
