Role Overview :

We are seeking a Tableau Developer with strong SQL skills to design and develop HR dashboards while ensuring seamless data integration, accuracy, and performance optimization.

This role will involve working with large datasets, writing complex queries, and establishing efficient data pipelines for HR analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Submit a Tableau portfolio showcasing technical proficiency and SQL expertise.

- Design, develop, publish, test, and troubleshoot HR dashboards and data sources.

- Establish and manage connections to relational databases and cloud-based data sources.

- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and prepare HR data for analysis.

- Optimize database queries and Tableau extracts for performance and efficiency.

- Verify HR data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in dashboards and reports.

- Develop custom scripts and automation processes for data refreshes and updates.

- Collaborate with HR teams to define business logic and KPIs.

- Maintain and enhance existing Tableau dashboards and reports.

- Research and implement best practices in data management and visualization.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in Tableau with a strong focus on SQL and data management.

- Advanced SQL skills (writing queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).

- Experience working with HR data and large datasets.

- Strong understanding of database structures, ETL processes, and data modeling.

- Knowledge of cloud data sources and migration strategies.

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Tableau performance.
