Communication & Media Executive(Content Writer)

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate for all internal & external communication generated by the Marketing department.
• • Develop content for marketing collateral including brochures, success stories, white papers, press releases, news items and articles, preparation of help files, user guides, website content, newsletters & publishing content.
• • Edit and Proof read the content before it goes for printing.
• • Develop product descriptions, brand support material etc. with the support of the key stakeholders
• • Develop content for monthly magazines
• • Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System processes
• • Develop customer case studies, including in coordination the sales, account management and other relevant stakeholder
• • Develop content for web site & related corporate sites.
• • Develop newsletters addressed to internal and external customers
• • Develop and update corporate and product presentations
• • Develop and maintain the Corporate Communications style guide
• • Support in planning and implementing the Marketing editorial calendar
• • Advertise on Social Media and plan paid campaigns across upcoming and existing social media networks
