Senior Executive Instrumentation

Role & responsibilities :

• Responsible for calibration activities of all instruments in the plant as per approved procedure.
• Prepare and implement SOPs related to calibration of instruments. Responsible for plant automation, FAS, BMS, Door interlocks, CSV & Access control systems.
• Responsible for instruments maintenance and service. Carry out instrumentation related PM works in an efficient way to achieve Zero breakdowns. Responsible for maintenance of weighing balance.
• Preparation, implementation and maintaining of documentation like Change Control, deviation CAPA, risk assessment and layouts. Preparation of SOPs, qualification documents like DQ, URS, IQ, OQ, PQ and requalification documents.
• Responsible for preparation of instruments technical specification, instruments installation and commissioning in project
• Having knowledge about DCS System
• Handling PLC, SCADA, HMI trouble shooting abilities. And automation related unplanned breakdown activities.
• Knowledge and handling on VFD (AB)configuration and programming (Ethernet protocol).
• Installation, maintenance and calibration of control valves
• Having knowledge process control system (PCS-7) & Data acquisition system (DAS)
• Utility equipment like AHU, EAU, VAU and compressor involved in operation maintenance activities.
• Involved thermal mapping & autoclave validation
