Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
  
• Develop and implement effective grievance handling processes to ensure employee satisfaction.
  
• Oversee performance management systems to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute HR generalist activities that align with organizational goals.
  
• Ensure timely completion of all HR operations tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the engineering & construction industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SAP) are a plus.
  
• Strong understanding of HR generalist activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, grievance handling, and statutory compliance.
