Talent Acquisition Specialist
Compensation: Upto 5 LPA

Experience: 1-4 Years (Candidates with Insurance Industry Hiring Experience is an Add on)
Job Location: Barakhamba, CP, New Delhi


What You Will Do:

As a Recruiter, you will join our Talent Acquisition team and report to the India HR Head.
You will have primary responsibility for recruiting, particularly focusing on Junior, Mid-level & Leadership roles. This will involve managing the full executive search process, including creative candidate sourcing, fostering diverse candidate pipelines, leading offer negotiations, and providing reporting on recruitment progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of Leading and managing the recruitment of Junior, Mid-Level & Leadership roles across various functions.
  • Experience in conducting bulk hiring drives, campus hiring, and mass recruitment.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, job portals, and social media platforms, to find the best candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate interview processes with the stakeholders.
  • Manage and negotiate offers, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and company requirements.
  • Track and report on recruitment progress, providing insights to HR leadership.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final hiring.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and compensation to ensure competitive hiring strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduates & Postgraduates (MBA) are preferred from a major institute.

  • Proficiency in English written and verbal is a must.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of online recruitment tools, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
  • Strong time management, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing senior and leadership-level hires, including negotiation and offer management.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an executive search or leadership hiring role is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent, particularly in leadership positions.
