Position: Manager-Sales Operations

Base Location: Bangalore (Involves extensive travel to the location of all assigned campuses)

Reporting To: National Head-S&M

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track long term sales data
• Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
• Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods
• Assist with account management
• Complete responsible for technology
• Vendor Management
• Marketing Initiative Execution
• Digital Marketing
• Planning sales territories and assigning accounts
• Managing proposals and contracts
• Sales compensation and incentives
• Sales forecasting and reporting
• Managing data and systems such as the CRM
• Support the sales team using [redacted] with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU :

• 3 + years in a Managerial position with increasing responsibility
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to perform advanced computing functions
• Familiarity with databases and sales software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to work well in groups
• Ability to multitask
