The person is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales & operations functions of industry events. This includes generating revenues through delegate, exhibitors & sponsorship sales, managing event logistics, ensuring client satisfactions along with leading a team to execute successful events.
Responsibilities:
Create & implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets of the company.
Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements & objectives & develop comprehensive event plans, timelines & budgets for it for ensuring its profitability.
Managing on site event operations for ensuring its smooth operations.
Identifying opportunities to optimize costs without compromising on quality of the events.
Managing clients for awards & forums during events.
Helping the team with all the pre & post events operations part.
The role requires a blend of strategic sales expertise, operational management & leadership skills.
What We re Looking For:
The candidate should with a minimum of 5 year of hands-on experience in handling B2B industry sales & operations for Events, Forums, Awards & Pret-A-Couture Show preferably for jewellery industry in getting delegate, exhibitors & sponsorships sales during events along with managing its operational parts for the mid-level position and a minimum of 10 years of similar experience for senior- level position.
