How You Will Make a Difference
Act as a business consulting role, working closely with diverse user groups including Senior Management, Sales & Business Unit management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Legal to deliver timely, accurate and actionable business information
Track sales results versus individual objectives, maintaining and reporting sales compensation plans, annual and monthly revenue tracking and reporting, ad hoc reporting, renewal tracking, database maintenance, SFDC hygiene and contract processing
Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts
Assist in the development and support of equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources
Ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion
Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with sales management to identify and understand process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales report, recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs
Identify Sales training requirements and execute for the field team
Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel
