Job Description
- We are seeking immediate joiners with exceptional English communication skills, who are graduates from 2020 to 2024, for the position of Process Trainee AR Caller in Chennai, Coimbatore and Trivandrum
- As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies to check claim statuses, handling billing for US healthcare providers, and ensuring payment receipt for processed claims
- Youll need to possess strong problem-solving abilities, be detail-oriented, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in communication (both verbal and written), organisation, and computer skills (especially MS Excel) is essential
- Additionally, you should be flexible with shift timings and demonstrate a positive attitude consistently
- This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, maintain professional relationships, and actively participate in the revenue cycle management process while meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards
