AP Specialist (Only Immediate Joiners)

Job Responsibilities

• Verifying , Processing PO & Non-PO Invoices in Coupa
• Collaborate with PO/Non-PO owner to update PO receipts & GL String
• Resolve the invoice exception by collaborating with business owner/Vendor
• Performing reconciliation between vendor statement and AP Subledger
• Adhoc AP reporting like Open Invoice report, AP Aging report, and Top Ten vendor
• Ensuring all financial transactions comply with internal policies and external regulation
• Fair understanding  interface between Coupa and SAP

Knowledge in SAP /Coupa Plus:

• Working knowledge in AP module in SAP
• Woking Knowledge in AP module in Coupa

Eligibility

• Bachelors in commerce
• 3-to-6-year experience in AP process
