- The Accounts Payable Specialist role is responsible for managing and processing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining timely payments to vendors.

- Receive, review, and code invoices with accuracy, matching them to purchase orders and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

- Review and approve the purchase request to fulfill the issuance of purchase orders to vendors.

- Monitor invoice approval workflows and resolve exceptions or discrepancies.

- Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and respective business partners in the organization.

- Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding new vendors and maintaining vendor master data.

- Verify vendor statements against internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies.

- Manage the reimbursement process for employees' expenses, including reviewing expense reports, verifying supporting documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including employees, department managers, and the finance team, to resolve issues and ensure timely reimbursement and disbursement.
