Accounts Payable-Paytm Money-Immediate Joiners Only

Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team at Paytm Money. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling end-to-end accounts payable processes, vendor management, and financial reporting.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare reconciliation of general ledger, bank reconciliation and AP/AR ageing.
• Maintain a master list of monthly journal entries.
• Record supporting information for all journal entries.
• To record intercompany accounting/transactions.
• To record accruals/ prepaid transactions.
• Ensure accuracy in TDS deduction, GST Input Compliance.
• Manage Fixed assets and depreciation
• Working experience in SAP

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or CA Inter is a plus.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related financial role.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
• Software Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle large volumes of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to troubleshoot issues related to payment processes or vendor management.
