Accounts Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Order & Route Management: Manually open orders and routes in SAP for Dealers, Franchisees, Modern Trade, E-Commerce, and Vending Distributors based on approvals.
• Payment Processing: Verify and record cash, cheque, and Paytm payments in SAP; reconcile transactions with bank statements.
• Credit & Ledger Management: Maintain ledgers, process outstanding claims, and coordinate credit limits with Sales and Finance teams.
• Coordination & Issue Resolution: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Accounts teams to resolve order blocks, outstanding payments, and ledger queries.
• SAP Entry & Reconciliation: Process all transactions in SAP, including manual knock-offs for non-automated cases.
• Banking & Compliance: Coordinate with Bank for Virtual Code creation, cheque deposits, and reconciliation-related activities.
• Awareness of GST & TDS
