Accounts Manager- Okhla

We are looking for Accounts Manager for Delhi Okhla location

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Lead and manage a team of accountants and accounting clerks

Provide guidance and support to team members

Analyze financial data and make recommendations to management

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in accounting software Tally Prime

Nice to Have:

Experience in a similar industry

Knowledge of financial planning and analysis

Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
